CHERRY TOMATO SALAD

Nutrition- 1⁄3cup mayonnaise
- 2teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1
- 1⁄4cup finely chopped red onion
- 2tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- salt and pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard together.
- Add tomatoes, onions and parsley.
- Toss well and season to taste.
